We are a non-profit continuing care retirement community that provides, skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, assisted living (including Respite), and independent living. At Breckinridge Place, we provide a comprehensive activity program designed to enhance each resident’s life, starting as a personal journey of growth and enrichment and extending to affect not only the resident but also family, neighbors, and the Lexington community.

Dining
We create a dining experience similar to each person’s life at home — without having to do all the work, of course.
Residents sit and tell stories to each other and staff who sit with them. Not only do we share memories, we create new ones. And we encourage loved ones to join our tables as often as possible.
We provide three meals daily and snacks, which includes:
+ Cooked-to-order breakfast
+ Chef-prepared meals
+ A full range of home-style entrees and homemade desserts
+ Table service or room service
+ Special diets accommodated
+ Nutritious snacks based on personal preferences.
Room Layouts
In our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Unit, we offer large private rooms that include a bathroom, recliner, television, and more to make your stay very comfortable and allow for a speedy recovery.
In our Assisted Living Community, we have spacious Studio, 1- and 2-Bedroom Apartments that keep safety in mind with emergency pull cords, grab bars, shower benches, and much more.
